I have coached aquatics, group training and personal training for a combination of over 20 years.  I believe that anyone can achieve their health goal, no matter their age or fitness level.  I want to empower my clients to make healthier decisions, stay accountable for their actions, learn new habits, and find fun in fitness!

Everyone is busy, it's about learning the art of time management.  You must make the time to become a healthier version of you.  Let's focus on the positive aspects of what you will add to your life as you walk a progressive path to health.
